Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

  • Refunds are considered only if work has not started or no deliverables have been shared.
  • Non-Refundable Services
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Completed or partially completed projects
  • Customized, personalized, or client-specific services
  • Digital services once delivered or approved

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
